Primary Medical Care Services

Our primary care service is your first point of entry into our health care system and is
the continuing focal point for most health care services. SJCC Primary Care Services
provide: health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling,
patient education, diagnosis, and treatment.

For Infants & Children | Includes: routine well-child exams, sick child visits,
immunizations, preventive care and health education, referrals for children
with chronic health problems or special developmental, learning, and mental
health needs. Pediatrics | Family Medicine

For Adults | Includes: physical exams, family planning services, diagnosis and
treatment of Illness/Injury, diagnosis & treatment of chronic illnesses, diagnostic
studies, laboratory services, nutrition counseling, immunizations & flu shots, and

For Women | Includes: care in obstetrics (pregnancy) and gynecology, treatment
for conditions of the reproductive organs, with an emphasis on preventative medicine,
nutrition, breast cancer, osteoporosis, menopause, and infectious diseases.

Pediatrics & Adolescent Health | Care for Children (Newborn to 18 years) Pediatricians manage the physical, behavioral, and mental health of children from

Women’s Health & OB/GYN | Care for Women’s Issues and Pregnancy
An OB/GYN, is a physician specialist who provides medical and surgical care to
women and has particular expertise in pregnancy, childbirth, and disorders of the
reproductive system. This includes preventive care, prenatal care, detection of
sexually transmitted diseases, Pap test screening, and family planning.

Midwife Services
| Care for Pregnant Women - Our Certified Registered
